Dunkin' partners with Bithumb to distribute Bitcoin vouchers with donut purchases, promoting crypto engagement.

Dunkin’ has launched a unique promotion in South Korea, offering Bitcoin to customers in collaboration with local crypto exchange Bithumb. Running from July 26 to August 8, the promotion allows participants to earn Bitcoin coupons through various activities.

For example, purchasing a Bithumb Donut Pack will earn customers a 5,000 won Bitcoin coupon (approximately $3.50). Additionally, spending over 8,000 won at Dunkin' can lead to Bitcoin rewards up to 15,000 won ($10). Bithumb users also have a chance to win Dunkin’ mobile gift cards. The Bitcoin coupons can be redeemed on the Bithumb website until August 14, and participants must be 19 years or older to qualify.

While the exact number of participating Dunkin' stores is unclear, South Korea boasts over 900 locations. This innovative promotion merges the popularity of donuts and coffee with the rising interest in cryptocurrency, potentially setting a precedent for similar collaborations in the future.
